📣 Return & Refund Policy (English version are below)
BeautyBox Thai AU มุ่งมั่นให้ลูกค้าพอใจและมั่นใจในทุกการสั่งซื้อค่ะ
✅ การคืนสินค้า (Return)
- รับคืนสินค้า ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า
- สินค้าต้องอยู่ใน สภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ถูกใช้งาน หรือเปิดใช้งานแล้ว และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
- สินค้าประเภท ของใช้ส่วนตัว เช่น เครื่องสำอางที่เปิดแล้ว สกินแคร์ วิตามิน/อาหารเสริม ไม่สามารถคืนได้ เพื่อความปลอดภัย
- ไม่รับคืน ในกรณีที่ ลูกค้าเปลี่ยนใจทุกกรณี นอกจากพบเจอปัญหาของสินค้าที่ลูกค้าสั่งไว้ ติดต่อทางร้านได้เลยคะ
- สินค้าทุกของทางร้านเป็นของแท้ทุกชิ้น หากตรวจพบเจอเป็นสินค้าปลอมทางร้านยินยอมให้ดำเนินคดีและชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย หลังตรวจสอบ
💰 การคืนเงิน (Refund)
- หลังจากร้านตรวจสอบสินค้าแล้ว หากสินค้าตรงตามเงื่อนไข จะคืนเงิน เต็มจำนวน ผ่าน-ช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิม ใช้เวลาทำการ 7-14 วันทำการ
- ค่าจัดส่งเดิมจะ งดคืน ยกเว้นกรณีสินค้าชำรุดหรือส่งผิด
⚠️ หมายเหตุ
- กรณีสินค้าชำรุด หรือผิดรายการ กรุณาติดต่อร้าน ภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง หลังได้รับสินค้า พร้อมแนบรูปถ่าย และ order number
- ทางร้านจะช่วยแก้ไขโดย ส่งสินค้าใหม่ หรือ คืนเงินเต็มจำนวน

Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at beautybox.thai.au@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Products
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
