นโยบายตระกร้า (Pre order)
ระยะเวลารอสินค้าตระกร้าที่มีชื่อ (Pre-order)
จะใช้เวลาประมาณ 7–14 วันทำการ หลังจากยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ หากเกินกว่านี้ลูกค้าจะได้รับการติดต่อกลับหาทันที
กรณีสินค้า Out of Stock จากทางแบรนด์
หากสินค้าบางรายการไม่พร้อมจำหน่ายหรือสินค้าหมดจากทางแบรนด์ ทางร้านเราจะทำการยกเลิกรายการนั้น และคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนภายใน 3- 7 วันทำการ *ต้องขออภัยล่วงหน้าด้วยค้า เราไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ในบางรายการคะ*
นโยบายการจัดส่ง
คำสั่งซื้อที่มีสินค้า พร้อมส่ง และ พรีออเดอร์ ในออเดอร์เดียวกัน จะถูกจัดส่งออกพร้อมกันเมื่อสินค้าครบภายใน 7-14 วัน
*หากลูกค้ามีความต้องการที่จะให้สินค้า (พร้อมส่ง) จัดส่งก่อน กรุณาติดต่อทางร้านเพื่อจัดส่งแยกและชำระค่าส่งเพิ่มเติม หรือสั่งแยกเพื่อลดขั้นตอนการติดต่อได้คะ
หมายเหตุ
ทางร้านได้ทำตระกร้าแยกไว้ตางหาก ไม่เอามากับสินค้าพร้อมส่งให้นะคะ หากลูกค้าสินค้าสนใจพรีออเดอร์สามารถกดเข้าดูได้ที่

Pre-Order Processing Time
Pre-order items usually take approximately 7–14 business days after the order has been confirmed. If there are any delays beyond this timeframe, customers will be contacted immediately.
Out of Stock from Brand
If any products become unavailable or out of stock from the brand, the item will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued within 3–7 business days.
Shipping Policy
Orders containing both Ready to Ship and Pre-Order items will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you prefer your Ready to Ship items to be shipped earlier, please contact us to arrange separate shipping.
